Old buildings that have been remodeled. Rooms were large, nice shower, comfortable bed, very clean and quiet. Nice kitchen set up, if you need that. Place met my expectation for the price.

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The room was squeaky clean and recently refreshed. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. There was a full sized stove, microwave, fridge and sink that were useful.

The room was very clean and everything looked new. You can park right in front of your room, lots of space and looked safe. Bed was comfy. WiFi was fast. Big TV was very nice. Room was quiet. The manager was very friendly and nice. Would probably want to stay here again on my next road trip.

I would urge everyone to not judge a book by its cover! This place was fantastic. The neighborhood looks old, but the room and office facilities are top notch. We enjoyed our stay - even though it was only one night - and will be back as soon as we can book another trip to / through Medford. We stayed in several areas and in several different hotel chains during this recent trip, and this was by far the best. Kudos to the management!

The room was upscale with a full kitchen and a very nice bathroom. New beds and plenty of outlets to plug in all my gear. everything seemed brand new. The parking lot was brightly lit so I could see my motorcycle. This place is a bargain.

The room was spotlessly clean and bright. All of the kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, and bedroom furniture appeared brand new. The king bed was very comfortable with quality linens, and the WIFI was great. This is the best budget motel that I have ever used.

The newly refurbished room was very nice overall. Comfortable bed. Easy to use heating system. Nice shower and bathroom amenities. Very nice to a have a small refrigerator, and although I didn't use it this stay--a stove. With minor exceptions it was very clean.
